UBake is IFSW’s range of easy to use baking premixes. Our product range covers those elementary fresh baked products you need for your Coffee Shop, Breakfast buffet and tea time snacks. You need them but don’t want to spend too much time to make them.

With our Muffin Premix solution you can whip together a standard range of fresh muffins in little time and effort.

You can use our basic Premixes and create some unique and different muffins based on what you have available from the fruitshop.  E.g. Fresh Blue Berries and our UCreate Premix will make fantastic Blue Berry Muffins.

Or go hot and wild…. add some fresh chopped spinach , feta and jalapenos to heat up the boring afternoon.  Yea man!!

We provide you with the correct dry ingredients to bake a batch of fresh baked products.

One pouch of Muffin Premix is enough to freshly bake with very little prep:

6             X             Jumbo [approximately 150 gram] or

12           X             Standard size [approximately 75 gram] muffins.

Over and above you can add some moist ingredients up to 100gram to the based batter and make some other devilish delicious muffins….. tantalizing those taste buds.

What do you need:

Follow our step-by-step guidelines enclosed in the box.  All you need to do is add the wet ingredients e.g. Bran Muffins 3 XL Eggs, 115gram cooking oil and 160g of cold fresh water, add the dry ingredients. Act like a pro chef and use you whisk to whisk it all into a smooth batter.  Portion into baking tray and bake them off. Voila freshness arrives!!
